1. Who We Are

MK Performance (operating as Elevating Mindsets) is a sport and performance psychology consultancy. We are not a healthcare or medical device provider, nor should any of our services be considered medical advice. Our registered address is: Karuna Vihar, Plot No. 9, Sector 18A, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Personal details: name, age, gender, role (athlete / coach / parent)
Contact details: email address, phone number
Sport and performance details: sport played, academy or club affiliation
Daily check-in responses (mood, stress, sleep, recovery, focus, psychological skill practice)
Communications you send us via the contact form or email

We may also collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information when you visit our website.

To provide and personalise our services to you
To track progress and support your development as an athlete or coach
To respond to enquiries and communications
To improve the quality and relevance of our services
To conduct anonymised research and program development (your identity will never be disclosed)

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, ever.

4. Confidentiality of Session Information

All information shared during individual consultations, workshops, and check-ins is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party except in the following circumstances:

If we believe there is a significant or imminent risk to your health, safety, or life, or to another person
If we are required to do so by law or a court order

5. Data Storage and Security

Your check-in data is stored securely in Google Sheets, accessible only to Mudit Krishnani. Contact form submissions are processed via Formspree. We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

We retain your data for the duration of our working relationship and for up to 7 years afterwards, in line with standard professional practice.

6. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly as a result.
