1. About MK Performance

MK Performance (operating as Elevating Mindsets) is a sport and performance psychology consultancy. These Terms govern your use of our website (elevatingmindsets.in), services, and any related tools including online check-in forms. Our registered address is: Karuna Vihar, Plot No. 9, Sector 18A, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078.

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

MK Performance provides sport and performance psychology services, including:

• Individual 1-1 consultations (online and in-person)
• Psychological assessments
• Group workshops
• Coach education programs
• High performance culture consulting
• Daily pre-training check-in tools (for existing clients)

Our services are informational and performance-focused in nature. They do not constitute medical or clinical treatment. Only a licensed physician or clinical psychologist can provide clinical diagnosis or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. Where services are provided to individuals under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and remain responsible for the minor's engagement with our services.

4. Use of Services

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating of your own free will
• Your progress and outcomes depend on your own efforts and circumstances, and MK Performance makes no guarantees of specific results
• You are responsible for ensuring our services meet your specific requirements
• You will not hold MK Performance or Mudit Krishnani liable for any outcomes arising from your use of our services

5. Confidentiality

All information shared in individual sessions, workshops, and check-ins is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except:

• Where we believe there is a significant or imminent risk to your safety or the safety of another person
• Where required by law or a court order

You agree not to record, reproduce, or share any content or materials provided during our sessions without prior written consent.

6. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Full payment is required at the time of booking for individual sessions and programs. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded. Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us at hello@elevatingmindsets.in for any booking-related queries.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, tools, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of MK Performance / Mudit Krishnani and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

MK Performance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services. We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
